At Noorayn, each product is crafted and handled with the utmost care. Should you wish to request an exchange or a return, please contact our team directly via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email at noorayn.studio@gmail.com within 14 days from the delivery date.

All requests for exchanges or returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Section 1 – Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Noorayn has sent the wrong or defective item. In such instances, Noorayn will provide a return shipping label and cover the cost of shipping.

Section 2 – Process

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Returned items will be inspected, and exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

If an exchanged item has a higher value, the difference will be charged prior to shipment.
If the exchanged item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Section 3 – Care & Responsibility

Noorayn cannot accept liability for items damaged due to improper care, handling, or washing after delivery.

Section 4 – Additional Notes

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
