As our collections are currently available on a pre-order basis, we invite our clients to allow time for the making and preparation of each piece.

Shipping begins once production is complete and the items are ready to leave our atelier.
Given the artisanal nature of our process, delivery times may vary. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this early and evolving stage of our journey.

Section 1 – Shipping Methods and Carriers

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via trusted delivery partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or equivalent national couriers for domestic deliveries within Italy.
The choice of carrier depends on your destination and the services available in your area.

You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and will receive tracking details where possible.

Section 2 – Shipping Fees

To ensure transparency and fairness, Noorayn applies a flat shipping fee to all orders:

• €9.99 for deliveries within Italy
• €19.99 for deliveries outside Italy

This contribution helps us cover part of the logistical and handling costs without transferring the full burden to our clients.

Section 3 – Customs, Taxes, and Duties

All Noorayn product prices are exclusive of local taxes, customs duties, and import fees.
Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, which means that these additional charges — if applicable — are the responsibility of the recipient.

We encourage each client to check the relevant import regulations in their country prior to placing an order.
Should customs or tax charges arise, Noorayn will assist in providing documentation or clarification where possible, but cannot influence or prepay such fees.

Section 4 – Production and Delivery Timeframe

Each Noorayn piece is part of a carefully managed and intentional process.
Our production is limited, slow-paced, and detail-oriented, prioritizing quality over speed.

As we refine our operations and learn through experience, delivery times may extend beyond standard expectations.
We view each order as a collaboration between the brand and its client — a shared space of trust and patience.

Section 5 – Delays and Circumstances Beyond Control

Noorayn cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen external events.
However, our team remains available to support and communicate with you throughout the process.
